What's Grounding You Ask, Let's Get Into It

Not Sleeping Ya Me Either, I think it's been a few years

I wasn't sleeping for days I even think a few years, I forgot how long it's been. lol  Someone told me about grounding and earthing and I said say what, no way it works.  Well I'll be damn I'm in such a deep sleep and wake up with energy instead of dragging ass.

Grounding is the ultimate stress relief strategy for those of us in the wild ride of perimenopause, akin to connecting your phone to a charger after a night of Netflix binging. Picture this: you kick off your shoes and step into the grass, feeling as if you’ve just plugged yourself into Mother Earth’s power outlet. Suddenly, all those pesky hot flashes and mood swings start to fade away, and you can almost hear the ground chuckling, “Don’t worry, I’ve got your back!” Just be mindful of the odd insect that might mistake your foot for a comfy resting spot; nothing says “zen” like hopping around while swatting at a rogue ant! So, go ahead and ground yourself—just remember, it's all about reconnecting, not redecorating the garden with your flailing limbs!

Grounding and Earthing Benefits

Grounding, also known as Earthing, is simply connecting your body directly to the natural electrical energy field that exists on the earth’s surface.

You can do this by walking barefoot outside or by using "barefoot substitutes" like the ones we teach you about on our site. These original GroundingWell products work by utilizing the ground port of home outlets or a simple ground rod kit to connect you to the Earth's energy. GroundingWell products have the conductive materials which enable them to transfer the Earth's energy into your body when you have skin contact with them.
